Speak up – reporting misconduct
Information on the processing of the whistleblower's personal data is contained in the information clause. The controller of the personal data is Fundrbird B.V. with its registered office at Herengracht 180, 1016 BR Amsterdam, the Netherlands. In matters relating to data protection, you can contact us at the following e-mail address: whistleblowers@fundrbird.com. Personal data are processed for the purpose of verifying and examining a report of a breach of law, on the basis of the legal obligation arising from the Act of 14 June 2024 on the protection of whistleblowers, as well as for the purpose of protecting the Controller’s legitimate interests (the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims). If the report contains special categories of data, such data are processed for reasons of substantial public interest. The data will be stored for a period of 3 years after the end of the calendar year in which follow-up actions or related proceedings were completed. The person making the report has the right of access to their data, the right to rectification, restriction of processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
